It’s official! Western Australia’s largest independent rural real estate agency, VNW Independent, have partnered with Ray White Rural.

Coming from the other side of the continent, Director Hugh Ness said a lot of people in Western Australia had little idea what a financially strong and respected brand Ray White Rural is in the agricultural industry.

So, who are Ray White Rural?

“Ray White Rural is a leader in real estate and livestock sales and an innovator in rural technology on the eastern seaboard,” he said, “The directors and staff of VNW are excited about bringing and partnering such a respected business to mainstream agriculture in WA.”

From humble beginnings in 1902, Ray White built his business upon the sale of livestock and rural properties from a small town in rural Queensland, Crows Nest. Today, Ray White is still proudly a family owned and led company. His grandson Paul White is the chairman of Ray White Rural and Livestock today.

While VNW Independent has been responsible for many of the significant agricultural sales in the state, acting for both family and corporate owners as well as institutional and overseas buyers, Ray White will strengthen the selling power, with national coverage and support.

Ray White Rural has sold $11billion worth of farms over the last ten years, and have work with over 3000 rural property owners every year, and in the last decade, Ray White Rural have sold 24,527 farms.

From a single office in country Queensland, to a network that extends across nine counties, the White Family Group is a true Australian success story that has since expanded in New Zealand and across Asia. But far from losing touch with our roots, the group has a proud rural and livestock network which continues to grow.

Annually, Ray White Rural achieves $1.2billion in property sales through nearly 100 rural offices from Dalby to Dubbo, Western Australia to Wodonga, Mt Gambier to Mount Isa, the Clare Valley, the Hunter Valley and everywhere in between. They have over 350 specialist rural agents across Australasia who actively work with each other to get the best result for clients nationally and internationally. Each year Ray White help 3,000 families and corporates buy, sell, upgrade or downsize their farms and rural holdings.

Ray White Rural today is still a family owned business, with a direct line to the residential, commercial, livestock, hotels, marine, property management and property funds investment divisions within the Ray White Group. The strength of the network is tangible; having more properties than any other network means a bigger pool of buyers to canvas, a better bargaining position for advertising and more avenues to promote your property. The network spans 1,000 + offices across 10 countries, selling $3million worth of property every hour. Some 2 million unique visitors head to Ray White websites every month and it’s the most googled brand in the real estate space. They are active and present in Asia, meaning they can actually promote property to buyers in China, Hong Kong, India, and Indonesia.

As the biggest advertiser in the rural property space, Ray White’s leading marketing strategies, together with their high performance print and digital campaigns generate outstanding buyer enquiry. By creating more competition between buyers for every property they can maximise your sale prices.

CEO of Ray White Rural, Stephen Nell, said the addition of VNW Independent, now Ray White Rural WA, will significantly increase their network footprint in the west.

“We feel their ambition and vision aligns with ours, and we look forward to supporting in attracting more and more quality agricultural holdings in Western Australia,” he said.
